Simple Words of Encouragement
“What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you.”
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
Stay strong. Keep fighting. Never give up.
These may be simple words, but with intended purpose; encouragement, strength, and affection.
May this Blathering find you having a peaceful moment in time.
Goodness knows, this life we are blessed with offers a cornucopia of obstacles, complications, and struggles. So, when measures of time present even a brief opportunity of calm or reprieve from your trials – breathe it in.
Absorb every possible second.
While coping with daily challenges and personal issues, how easy might it be for us to become wrapped up in our own little part of this world.
Perhaps we may forget to think of or reach out to others.
On this particular day, I am counting my blessings even more, as a rare window of calm and reprieve from my all consuming health struggles has occurred.
This tiny grace period will soon pass, and I’ll once again be in the throws of debilitating symptoms, treatment, and everything that encompasses living with chronic Lyme disease.
So, at this moment of brief and welcomed peacefulness, I am taking the opportunity to reach out to everyone I know and love; and to all who may be reading this, please know you are being thought of and someone cares. I care!
I am wishing for you on this day, and each day that follows, strength and perseverance to keep moving forward. One foot in front of the other. Overcoming each obstacle, complication, or struggle that may come your way.
Whatever you may be facing….
Stay strong. Keep fighting. Never give up!
Above all, embrace and be thankful for the blessings that surround you. Even the smallest of secluded graces. They are there. All around us.
Until my next Blathering…..I shall close with this gentle sentiment:
We all have battles we may be fighting, so please be kind to every person you meet; offer simple words of encouragement, be kind to yourself, and remember, you are never walking alone – simply reach out your hand.
Warmly,
Terry ? The Blathering Lymie

I do like the way you have framed this specific problem plus it does indeed offer me a lot of fodder for consideration. Nevertheless, coming from everything that I have witnessed, I simply just wish when the remarks pile on that individuals stay on issue and not embark upon a soap box involving some other news of the day. Anyway, thank you for this outstanding piece and though I can not really go along with it in totality, I value the point of view.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
